I would think the hardest part would be matching what you eat to what you're doing.

Such as if you're on a bunch of sauce, you'd probably be able to get away with more, while the natural BBer would have to be more careful.

Also with those diets listed, keep in mind their weight.

But I do like how they all rotate their carbs. I think that''s a great idea.

I particularly like diet number 3...it's similar to what I do in terms of actually INCREASING calories as my diet progresses. Protein and carbs about equal until the last couple of weeks, fat low, veggies high and lots of water! Of course as SOEX says, you gotta adjust calories for youy LBM, hormonal and activity level.

MS,

With that diet, do you notice fat loss the whole way through?

Or is it just something very dramatic at the end?

I'm thinking I'm going to do less than 20 carbs for 3 days, then have a day where I eat around 100 carbs. All low GI. Just keep going back and forth with it. I notice that I don't handle refeeds to well, so I think this might be a better answer.

I'm thinking I'll try all oatmeal (I absolutely love oatmeal with a passion) on the carb days. If that doesn't work too well, I'll try some brown rice.

We'll have to see how that goes, I feel like I've plateaued a little. Went from about 17%, to around 10%. Can't seem to break much lower than this, even with calories limited and a lot of training. It's very frusterating.
