Competion Cutting Advice

Alright,

I read all the msg boards i can on the net (abc, bb Mt etc) and dont have much input I just like to read but now I have a dilema and wondered if you could help me?

I've recently just finished an 8 week cycle Sust 500 and 30mg Dbol ED and ive gained decent size I think i gained around 22lbs overall but obviously some fat. Thing is one of my friends has entered me into a competition which is in 6 weeks. She decided to just tell me like yesterday - you see my friend doesnt really know anything about bulking/cutting she just thinks im big so thought id win. Thing is my BF is high (14%) is there anyway I can cut down to a decent BF% to stand a chance in 6 weeks? I start post cycle recovery in 2 weeks would it be wise to quickly cycle t3/clen for 3 weeks whilst doing post cycle recovery? and hope to shed as much fat as possible whilst keeping protein intake high or would I just end up losing my gains that i made on my cycle?

What you think fellas?

At 6 weeks you need to be a lot closer than 14% bf......pick another show.....you'll destroy everything you've worked for your last cycle and still probably won't be ready for the show.....

If we are talking about a real bodybuilding contest, not some 'beach body" contest, forget it. No flame here whatsoever, but, frankly, if you don't know that there is no way you can make that timeline, then you don't know nearly enough about how to prepare for a bodybuilding show to consider doing one right now. You need to do significant additional research related to all aspects of preparing for a show (unless you hire a good contest prep coach). For me, at 14% bodyfat, I would need a minimum of 12 weeks to come in cut & hard & would much prefer 16wks. Good luck to you.

I agree with the others on the time line, but check out Anabolic Review and look under competition Q&A's there is a plethera of wisdom and advice!!
