Coming off tren. Help.

I just finished a very long cycle about 5 months long. I went really light for a few weeks and would change substances. I started with Tren 100mg eod/test 500mg week for 16 weeks, Then switched to single ester test 200mg a week for like 5 weeks, then winny for 4 weeks tren for the test two. I stopped because my body needs a rest, and I want my hair to stop falling out. It has been about 5 days now, My hair is still falling out. I am not prone to hair loss, but how long before my hair stops falling out?

Oh man tell me about it. I started my clomid two days after my last shot, and let me just say this I will never ever again run anything for so long. I am so messed up in the head right now. But I really want to go upto 225 by spring and be a solid 210 215 for summer if possible. I weigh 195 @ around 10% bodyfat lost 7 lbs in the first few days which bugged me out. I am gonna train naturally for a few months before going on anything. My diet is going to be much more on target. It has to be. But as of now definately feeling the depression.
 
try some proviron, maca, trib.. i got depression off a 8 week 500 mg week cycle. its been 2.5 months it seems to be getting better for me
 
Something that nobody really talks about is the acidity in your body. Using what you have used and all the protein and other things you have put into your body has caused it alot of stress.

Personally I would:

Workout 2-3 times a week and really push it so you dont loose the mass you have gained. If you slack off then everything else you did was a waste. If that makes you tired and ill feeling cut back to 2 times per week. The goal here is not to gain muscle but to retain what you have built. It doesnt take much to retain it.

Next.. You need to clean out your system. Change your diet to nutritious foods, I mean cut out the meat and add those vegtables. Get a good meal replacement like met-rx or EAS,, I dont like Eas any more because they add the sweetner sucralose. Which has only been in three scientific studies and has been making alot of people sick. So if your taking on of thier meal
replacements and you feel sick after drinking it look for the ingriedient (sucralose) youd be better off with aspartame.

I will bet your body is over acidic, which causes your blood cells to stick together and you will feel tired, rundown, and just all over sick feeling. If this is left like this your body will start to build plaque in the arteries to protect itself from the acid which can lead the the popular heart atacks. This is something to look into now. You can easily test how acidic your body is by using PH test paper. (finding ph test paper is a bit harder, do a search on the internet)
The question arises how you change your body from a acidic state to an alkaline state. Wheat grass is the most amazing substance you will ever come across. Take my word it is. Your body is made up of what,,, water. The water you drink especially bottled water is (crap) It propably has a alkaline level of 5 or less so if your trying to raise the alkaline level in your body drinking a substance that is acidic is not helping your goal. You can buy drops to raise the alkalinity of the water, or there is bottled water that is 9+ alkaline. Most found at a health food store good one is (essentia)

Do some research on what Ive talked about.

You have no Idea what my start point was how much weight I put on in that time. Being a very little skinny 145lbs 4 years ago when I started working out, I believe I Have come a long way. I ended my cycle at 203 lost a few pounds. I also made a mistake by attempting to go from bulking up to cutting during the cycle which was so retarded of me.

5'9 and I wasn't on Tren the whole time. I started with 100mg eod, took a break from the tren switched it up alittle. I ended the last two weeks with tren again. It might have not been 5 months exactly either. I don't remember how many weeks I was on all together I was giving an approximation.
 
i mean i feel you brotha...i started working out at 139lbs, at 6'...but say u gained 15 lbs u kept, which is really a small amount for a first cycle(i assume???), then u started at 180? gains def. coulda still came naturally...i think ur biggest problem will be mental, training while off gear...u just gota stay off for a WHILE, and i hope that isnt a problem

Take HCG for HPTA recovery. Clomid and nolva, probably, wouldn't hurt either.

How can you say you aren't prone to hairloss when your hair is falling out? Anyway, it will most likely stop within 2months, I would get some nizoral 2% shampoo or some other topical shampoo and use it religiously.

Well structured 8-10 week cycles with a moderate dose containing at least 1 fast acting compound seem to have the best risk/benifit ration when the goal is to gain as much strength and muscle mass as possible. Use fast acting compounds such as NPP, winstrol, dbol,prop to start and end your cycle. Unless you are going pro, there is no reason to stay on any longer than 10-12 weeks. 1-2 x the period spent on = time off.
