coming off long heavy cycle,help

I am a 43 yr old newbie, 6`1 started at 198pounds 14%bf-16 weeks later 215 pounds 15%bf.
1st cycle and i did not take this seriously engh in terms of planning the cycle to begin with or how to come off.

weeks1-14 deca400-600mg/week
weeks11-14sust 1 anp/250mg every 5days
weeks14-16test cyp600mg/week
weeks15-21 tt Tren75mgEOD
weeks15-21Winny 50mgED

i was planning on continuing with:
weeks18-20 eq1200mg frontload/week
weeks20-28 eq600mg/week
weeks22-28 Primo 600mg/week
Ihave been adviced to not continue cycle,to get off as soon as possible.
I will end with the Tren/winny....week 21
As i said, i fucked up, did not plan and added more gear on as i went along,stupid mistake....will not happen a second time!

So now i know, i dont know WTF i am doing need help coming off at week 21
should i take Hcg when and what dose?
after taking Hcg, when do i start Clomid? what dose?

I have read on this broad somewhere about taking D-bol in the mornings 5-10mg would that be helpful for me to do, given the duration(21 weeks) of my cycle?

If yes what dose do you good bros suggest? how long?

I would go with Hcg and clomid and Liquidex...
HCG 1000 iu's a day-for 14 days
3 weeks after HCG start clomid
Liquidex throughout clomid therapy
