Coming off a cycle.....

Im coming off my bulking cycle in about 5 weeks or so.
sust 500mg wk 1-8
dbol 35mg wk 1-5
fina 75mg ED wk 6-12
clomid of course
and I was wondering what should I do for post cycle recovery for example what kind of supps should I take, and how should I adjust my workout routine. Ive read so many things on what to do but its been a while since I read all that stuff. if someone could just give me an outline on what to do that would be awsome!

Let see. Reduce your workload. For example instead of 3 sets of heavy inclin benches you could do just two. I also would work out no more than 4 days a week...I just tell you my routine. Mon-Back/Bis I started with deads a worked up to 365 for one set of 8. Normally on juice Id do 3 sets of 8 with heavier weight . Next I did barbell shrugs, then wide pulldown pyramiding up in weight 4 sets of 8, last set being my heavy one to failure. Finished back with 3 sets of seated rows and one set of hypers. Then on to bis. I did 5 sets on incline curls and that was it. On juice I d do 3 bi excersizes. Wed- CHEST/SHOULDERS/TRIS For bench Id pick a weight that you can get for 3 sets of 8 then do a couple sets of close grip benches to failure, then 2 or 3 sets of inclins for 6-8 reps and I would skip the flys and go on to behing the neck presses working up to one set to failure. Then superset side raises and pushdowns and go out the door. You r done. Finally its FRI-Leg day. i squat for 3 sets of 8 then 1 set of leg presses not necessarily to failure but heavy then superset leg curls, leg ext and standing calves....Also I would take some clen also for its anticatabolic properties. I just came off a heavy cycle and I may be weaker but my size is still there and i think its really because of the clen and creatine. Okay Im done. i havent written this much since college.......galaxy
 
when you decrease your workload is that what your workout routine looks like normally with out juice, or do u just decrease your work load for like a month or so then kick it back up a little???

I always workout 3 days a week and without juice I pretty much keep the routine the same. However every now and then I'll add some excersizes to that days routine and maybe push it a little harder, BUT NOT EVERY WORKOUT. For example, I might throw some strip sets for bis or some dips or maybe some DB presses on chest day. Depends on how I feel. Its not like Im going to make any major improvements without gear, but you can refines what you have and bring out more seperations in the muscles. I would never push it balls to the walls 3 chest workouts in a row. Maybe two, but I usually do it the rare times I have extra time. Then again I'm usually not off gear but for a couple a months at a time, but I got beleive that what I have two months after a cycle is pretty much what i keep. I cant imagine me still losing muscle six months down the road.......galaxy
