coming off 2nd cycle

i am pretty happy with my progress from my 2nd cycle of deca only. i was eating about 4000 calories a day. the only problem is that im not happy with my stomach. so now that im coming off im about to start cutting what should i do about my diet so i dont loose too much of my size. it seems like if my stomach looks good im to skinny every else, and if im happy with my size my stomach looks like shit.

oh what else should i take for pct besides clomid to avoid deca dick?

...and you can maximize the effectiveness of carbs by getting most of them before and after training.

Your carb choices are important too. I know we love oatmeal and rice here, but if you mainly make your choices from any carb that you could eat straight out of the ground or off of a tree (skip bananas) you can't go wrong. They are loaded with fiber and vitamins.
