Took 4 tabs (99mg each) or 396mg with each meal today and already I can tell a difference, wedding ring is sliding back and forth on my finger with ease and I can take it off...lol time to up my dose of HGH, lol.

Good to hear man! I thought at first when I first learned about that being the problem that it was ridiculous but it most definitely is a problem... That should definitely help you bro... Good luck!
