Coffee.....

Does anyon or a lot have coffee in the morning?? I know it's a staple for a lot of people. Is it considered beneficial or at least not a hindrance??

Also what does everyone put in it?? Skim milk (gawd forbid) creamer, splenda.......How about those SF Davinci Syrups (gotta have Vanilla creamer in my coffee usually)
 
I have cut down to 1 cup from the 6 I used to drink it started to catch up to me, getting headaches and dizzyness. Now I have one cup regular and about 5 decaff. The first week was terrible withdrawl headaches. But now i feel great taking in less caffene. Also i put in the powdered creamer.
 
Yeah, I know those headaches....I don't drink it everyday and I use a combo of FF French Vanilla creamer & skim milk in my coffee in addition to Splenda....

I count the creamer into my fitday log so I count the carb & still have 150 net carbs (ttl carbs - fiber) per day
 
the dose makes the poison....

In moderate dose coffee is beneficial
