I dunno if they use it still.
I would imagine so, unless they stopped paying their licensing fees and mocked the site up to appear to be the same.

The server, regardless of where it's located can be subpoened, especially with all the "drug money tied to terror attacks".
 
i wonder if the paid email accounts are better secured? i know you can up grade your hushmail account....is that worth it?
 
The Hush upgrades allow for more storage space and better spam protection.

I read somewhere just now that when you pay for your own hushmail license so that it is on your own domain, then you track the keys for it.

So that means that it is only as secure as your trust of who has the keys.
 
I think that's their Enterprise offering.
They also offer managed services where they host it and manage keys for you. Which is much cheaper.

But if EF is managing keys, I'm glad I'm not using it!
