So I tested my BF last night on a Tanita BF scale. I know these aren't accurate but I had tested myself before so I had a baseline. I got dunked in August and was 12% and I could tell-I could see the fatty deposits here and there. I also weighed in on a friend's Tanita scale (well hydrated, before exercise, same time all 3 days) and got the same result.
Well I didn't get dunked this time, but had been working out all the time eating good and lookin skinny so I decided to test BF again on the scale using the same protocol. Results:
6%!!!!
Okay so I know these things aren't terribly accurate so I added a few points and figure I'm about 8% BF. And that is cool. I am definitely leaner so I think 8% is reasonable. Only 3% to go-that's gonna be friggin hard!!
