Even before a lot of BS that's gone down, nobody on this board with any brains talked about where you could find stuff.
You'll just have to dig, and frankly, don't expect a lot of places to ship overseas.
If you don't find it sooner, your best bet is to wait until you need to start it, see a doc, tell him on the QT why you need it, and that you must have it to prevent side effects. He'll likely give you a prescription that you can fill with no questions asked.
