Clomid

If your going to stack Deca and Test for twelve weeks and Dbol for the first five do you need to start Clomid after the Dbol or after the twelve weeks of test?

It will be after your entire cycle. I would wait a minimum of 3 weeks to start clomid after a Test/Deca cycle, preferbly end it with some short acting AS, can you get some?
