clomid/nolvadex pct ideas

I have both and was wondering how to combine them.

was thinking of doing clomid first like 200 day 1; than 100 for 7days;50 for 7 days.....than hit the nolvadex after that at 60 day 1 than 40 for 3 days than do 20 for awhile of maybe two weeks.

To much? or anyone have better ideas?

i like to run pct for a long time. mine usually lasts 5 weeks. looks something like this:

clomid:
day 1-14 100mg
day 14-35 50mg

nolva:
day 1-14 40mg
day 15-35 20mg

i ran some pretty heavily dosed cycles though, and pct like this may not be needed.

My cycle was a heavy one as well.. 750mg test/wk and 75mg fina/ed

Is there a way to over do clomid and nolvadex and cause more harm than good? such as taking to long ?
