This is probably a quite stupid question, should my clomid doses be divided throughout the day, or taken all at once.

On day 1 you might split them up,say 2 every 5 hours or so,after that,it really doesn't matter if they're all taken at once,as it has a long half-life(5 days).

Alot of guys here will debate me on the dosages for the first day, but typically, here is how must of us run Clomid (50mg tabs)
Depending on what kind of gear you are running, if it is test enth, and for MOST test products, start clomid 2 weeks after your last inject.
if it is a substance like sustanon, deca EQ, start clomid theropy 3 weeks after your last inject.
Dbol, winny and for other AS with shorter half lives, 6-8 hours after last administration.
Here is how must guys run clomid:
Week 1 100mg per day (Most guys will tell you do 300mg the first day) I don't really believe in this, it makes not sense in theory.
Week 2 50mg per week
Some guys go three weeks, I do, just to keep estrogen down, and to give my test levels time to stablize.
Also Clomid has a long half life, so on my first week, I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon (late in the afternoon ususally).

Most guys don't usually run clomid during a cycle, unless they are out of anti esters, clomid can be used as a very mild anti ester in emergency casesm, however clomid is not recommended for that type of application.
Clomid is used also to keep your gains post cycle, because it supresses estrogen, in order for your body to catch up with it's own test levels. Clomid is cheap and I personally have never ran it during a cycle, most folks will not advise that, but if you want to try it, go for it. Don't really know why you would want to run it during your cycle???? IMO it offers really no benefits during yoru cycle.

I've read in other places too,that if you are doing sustanon you should commence clomid therapy 3 weeks after your last injection..my question is that if the longest lasting ester of sus is 2-4 weeks,why wouldn't you wait till 4 weeks after your last shot?

I have never heard of the full effect of the ester running past 4 weeks in your system. Even though it may still have traces in your body, the effect of the actual test ester, has gone and timing is very important when starting clomid. YOu want to hit it just as the test esters are fading and starting to work their way out of your system.
Normally I base my clomid theorpy on the way I feel. You can feel when the hormones have left your body, that is usually when I start clomid needless to say it is normally 2-3 weeks after my last shot. Believe me, you will know when the hormones are gone.

I run it during cycle to keep estrogen down, and therefore combat gyno... I'm not too too worried about bloat, and I find it cheaper then Ldex/Armidex...

Just to clear something up, clomid is a very very mild anti ester, I would not rely on it on heavy test cycles, JMO. However if you are not as proned to gyno, then you may not have to worry. Clomid is primarily used post cycle. But hey, what ever floats your boat big guy!StRoNg_WoN said:
