Clomid and Gyno

I am currently in the middle of a 500mgs of Sost a week and my nips are becoming a little itchy and sensative..I know I need to take Nolvadex but unfortunaley I don't have any..I do however have an ample suppy of clomid, I have been told that if I have clomid that I do not need the Nolvadex, could someone please clear this matter up for me..thanks

PS I was planning on taking the clomid three weeks after my last injection..

Clomid blocks the estrogen receptor much like nolva, nolva just appears to be a bit better at blocking it in breast tissue. If you have clomid and are worried by all means use it. You still want to use it post cycle though.
