a search would reveal this, but usually, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off is the the way to go....alternating eca on your off weeks. Start off with two tabs a day and increase to 5 or 6 (if your body can handle it. It's also a good idea to taper off. Most notable side effects are the shakes (similar to eca but a bit more) increase in body temp (positive effect). T-3 and clen; when taken together can be one of the most potent fat burning combos out. But when taking t-3 you must take some form of anabolic (preferrably test) because t-3 can be catabolic...it not only burns fat, but it seems to eat muscle too. If you add test to the mix you should be fine.
