hello guys..! I am currently on Clen/T3/Winny and now into my 5th week. the results are amazing and i am currently at 5.7% b/f.....i have been stacking clen 2wks on/2wks off and am now into my second week/2nd cycle - my question is....i have sort of been seriously cheating the last few days - chocolate, pizza, biscuits, cereal (you prob get the picture) - i am now on my second lot of clen now into the 2nd week - will this cheating affect the receptors in anyway i.e. the fat burning effect of clen...i dont think i have actually gained any b/f but quite a bit of bloat.

Help greatly appreciated guys
 
shouldnt think so, at worst your progress will be back a little bit from eating so much crap.......shame on you :rolleyes:

I was about 9-10% i have lost shit loads. everyday i get home, pull up my top under good light and see the fat falling off . But like i mentioned in prev post i have gained no b/f at all...i would take a couple of clen also in the evening and would wake up sweating my balls off during the night which i would of thought was then clen burnin al that energy.....what do you think? However i do seemed to have gained quite a bit of bloat which is not suprising considering how much i eat.

In one sitting i eat;

big box of flake chocolates
1 box of coco pops (cereal)
2 large bars of cadburys fruit and nut
2 bowls of oats
near on a whole loaf of bread toasted with peanut butter which seriously filled that hole.
box of jaffer cakes

Is this normal do you think not to gain any body fat at all taking note i done this for several days in a row - could it just be the stack or maybe going even deeper could i have a prob with my thyroid?

I just dont seem right - i am not complaining though guys hey

This is either a bunk thread, or nobody that can eat this much and be under 10% bodyfat needs to be taking clen.
This all doesn't make any sense.

No sorry bud if you read my prev thread. i have been on cycle for 5weeks and am down to 5.7% b/f - however the last few days i have taken a break and cheated like mad i.e. example i gave for several days....i have not gained any b/f just bloat since cheating which started on wed last week and am confused as why not gained even a lb of b/f - i know clen can prevent any fat loss if taken post cycle to prevent in fat build on high calorie diet - is this is what is happening here do you think

You shouldnt even be doing a cycle when you eat so much shit. Your just wasting ya money.

With all due respect do any of you guys read the prev threads....i have been on cycle for 5 weeks and have taken a few days off to cheat and bump up glycogen but considering the amount i have eaten i would of thought i would of put on at least a lb
 
if you wanted to bump up ya glycogen then surely you could of found something better than fruit and nut and jaffa cakes

well you know mate you cant beat good old junk food now and again especially jaffer cakes...have you ever used clen/T3 before yourself?

Yes i have, im on t3 at the moment aswell. And while were on about all this, i just read your previous posts, and you posted a question about the exact same thing about 2 weeks ago. So what you asking it again for. Like i said earlier if you cant stick to a clean diet for a couple of weeks then ya just wasting ya money IMO.

Just because you binged a couple of times doesn't mean you should now be fat!
Keep doing that for a few more weeks and you should achieve a nice double figure for bodyfat!

Exactly..! i have been taking advantage of this for the past week as i am staying lean. i am at a comfortable b/f level which i am very pleased so i dont see why i shouldnt eat junk and feel good if i am staying lean. I found a post from a website which basically states and i quote 'bodybuilders are attracted to this hormone (T3 that is) and will find most of them are eating up to 4k calories a day and fast food and manage to keep fat off and in pre contest shape due to the fact that they iron it out with the use of T3. There is my answer...its not that i cant stick to a clean diet you wouldnt know how strict my diet was to get down to this percentage but its how i can eat junk until i finish cytcle and not put on a single pound and stay in great shape. io am not wasting my money at all....i am feeling on top of the world and looking fab. i think ill post a pic for you to actually understand what i am saying.....
