Alrite bros, I've taken several different sups of eca stack. Before now, I never really even thought about using clen. Ive always thought it was way to bad as far as heart health goes. I see alot of bros say they use it and I haven't been seeing too much negative feedback on it. Ive also read for the most part that it is taken 2 weeks on and 2 off. My new hook has clen , just kind of worried more about clen, due that if it was under or over dosed it would be more of a problem than AAS, but I do trust the accuracy in my UG lab.
So I guess I am just making a thread to get some reassurance from bros that have used to clen as far as the sides and how to use properly. It seems like most everyone ramps it the 2 weeks, so not really sure what dose to start and what dose to peak at.
