What's the worst that can happen if you are caught with clenbuterol? It looks like it would fall in the 3-month supply thing, but is that only with a prescription?

Clenbuteral is not FDA approved, you cannot legally import it.

I think many states have laws regarding "unapproved drugs". In some states the penalty for possesing an unapproved drug is even harsher than schedule III penalties. I only point this out as sometimes people think that the simple fact that something is not scheduled means its harmless and thats not the case. In my state it is a possible 4th degree felony charge whereas less than the bulk amount of aas first offense is misdemeanor.

That law is very limited in scope. It really doesn't apply to a whole lot aside from physically bringing a 3 month supply across a land border.
