Clenbuterol how much???

Me and my girlfreind where thinking about getting some clen to cut up for summer...what would be a good dose for me,,,,and then for her...these are the 2 I was looking at;
Rayere Oxyflux Clenbuterol 20mcg
Spiropent Clenbuterol 20mcg

for you 60mcg/day starting, do that for 3 days.... Increase by 1 pill/day until you feel shaky one day and then back off by one pill and stay at that dose... 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.. I wouldn't go above 120mcg...

Not sure about doses for your gf, you might want to head to the women's board with that one...

Over 140mcg ED will do you no good so don't go over that. I start at about 2-3 tabs on the first day and then add a tab ED until you get to 7 a day and then stay there until the 2 weeks are up. How you been BTW?

whats up with that 2 days on 2 days off cycle??? is that worth it or is it better just to do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off?

I've only done the two weeks on two weeks off cycle, but the two day on two off might work as well... But yeah... Check out the womens board for your gf

hey nathan, been pretty good lately,,,,im having some kidney problems though that arent looking to good,,, think it might be from the fina over x-mas break i took.....hopefully yhte docs can help me ive been to quite a few and they cant figure it out...lol any how have u been bro?

imo , I would start off with one tab a day and work up from there, the sides are supposed to be worst the first three days

stiffler definetly pick the Spiropent...way better quality than oxyflu...with oxyflu they are unevenly dosed, some people have to take a ton of em to get the effects of spiro.

Effective Dose: Clenbuterol is used at 60-120 mcgs per day, divided throughout the day. 2 days on, 2 days off / 2 weeks on 3 weeks off.


I copyed this from the elite web page,,,so is it saying to go 2 days on 2 days of for 2 weeks then take 3 weeks off??? or is it saying choose one or the other?

stiffler, i would base her dosage upon how the clen makes her feel. start at 1 per day , if the sides are not bad, up to 2, and possibly to three. just do a few days on each dose and if she doesnt feel shitty up it .

I've been okay I suppose. Sorry about your kidneys. DRinking lots of water? How do you know it's your kidneys?
You and your gf should go by how the clen makes you feel, but stay at or below 140mcg daily even if you feel fine with it. Go 2 weeks on 2 weeks off IMO for best results. 2 days isn't enough time to clear receptors.
