Clenbuterol Headache

PANTS

New member
Been using Clen for a week now with very few sides.
But....in the mornings I've been waking up with a huge headache, like a hangover.
I know this to be a reported side effect, but why the morning after? I take my last dose of clen no later than 1pm!
Could it be my Zinc/Mag/B6 at night causing this?

i think it is dehydration, i had this on thermo clen, drink h2o when you piss at night, that helps. also when is your last dosage, clem has a pretty long half life, so........

I agree it could be dehydration. I had splitting headaches with as low as 40 mcg ED almost everyday. I had to stop it. Even megadoses of Advil was worthless. When I drank more water, the sides were not as bad.

Guys I had the worst experience ever yesterday. 2 hours after popping 2 Clens (40mcg) I had to go home from work cos I had a huge fever and headache from hell.
God know why. I've done plenty of cycles in the past going up to 120 mcg with no problems.
That was some nasty shit. All my muscles ached, real weak, crawly skin, my face was burning up:mad:
This morning I'm fine, after a restless night I've woken with a mild headache. That was heavy!
Merry xmas!

Get some potassium in your system and drink the water. I can almost gaurantee that your potassium level is too low. That will cause headaches and muscle cramps.

I drink one or two EmerGen-C drinks a day and use a salt substitute that provides a little extra potassium when I'm using clen. You can also get potassium pills at GNC. Be careful with the dosage. Too much is not good either.

Exactly what I was gonna suggest. Sounds like potassium deficiency

All beta-2 agonists, including clenbuterol, albuterol, etc. cause dilatation of systemic veins, including those in the brain. It is this dilatation of the cerebral vasculature that causes headaches. Try lots of coffee and aspirin in the morning. Both constrict blood vessels in the brain

increase potassium and water intake

The last time I took clen I followed your advice Macro but I still experienced headaches. Any other remedies up your sleeve???

It is not clear to me that headache is a symptom of hypokalemia (low potassium levels). However hypokalemia is a somewhat common side effect of beta-2 agonist administration, even at theraputic dosages. It would not surprise me if someone taking large dosages of clenbuterol developed hypokalemia. Even though I don't believe it will stop your headaches, it clearly could not hurt to supplement with a little potassium.
