I have always used a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off cycle because the half life of clen is 48hours so if you do 2 on 1 off your system still has clen in it and it is not refrehed. and I do two weeks becuase it is around the time the the anti-catoblic affects start to wear off and fat burning slows. jsut my 2 cents
