I'm thinkin about takin Clen, how much and for how long? I'm just lookin for some opinions, what do you guys think of it. Thanks

Actually its a beta-2 agonist given to asthma patients. It works by dilating broncial tubes making breathing easier. One of its beneficial side effects is the raising of the bodies temperature making it a useful fat burning agent. Start with one tab or 2mcg on the first day and increase the dose by one tab everyday until u reach about 20-24mcg or sides get too uncomfortable. Clen should be used in a 2 week on/2 week off fashion beacuse its effects wear off after about 18 days. So taking breaks is beneficial. Use an ECA during the off weeks to keep burning fat.

I would NOT recommend the Oxyflux brand. I think they are drastically underdosed. Try Spiropent (sp?), much more effective.
