eca- can use it longer,better hunger supressing,better energy boost(pre workout and to wake yourself up)
clen-more effective fat burner,headaches,cramps,cant use it for as long as eca and still be effective
whats your bros take on each one? i think both are good in their own way but if i had to only use one it woudl be ECA
