days5-9 50mcg
days 10-22 75mcg
days 23-28 50mcg
days 29-34 25mcg then take a brake next time could pyramid up to 10mcg be careful with t-3 do a little research...Clen I like to cycle 5 days on 3 days off off days use an ECA stack...lots of theory on clen some people 2 weeks on 2weeks off others 2-3 days on 2-3 days off find what works for you...start clen at 40mcg increase by 20mcg each day until you get to 100mcg-120mcga day then run your ECA stack...then repeat the clen cycle...
