I just started doing both liquid clen 100mcg a day and T3 at 30mcg, Until this week I was only working 3 days a week giving me plenty of time to work out... but now I was given a huge project and its almost like 12 hours a day 5-6 days a week... leaving no time for gym. I am pretty active at work... but my question is... is it still worth taking this stuff everyday, or is it a waste?
