Clen/T3 & Diet?

Hey bro's going to start my first week of Clen/T3 next week....i have too much going on in the afternoon to workout so i find myself in the gym at 5am! what does everyone recommend as far as a diet on Clen/T3? also i jump right out of bed and go lift. Should i have some kind of protein before i go? i've been training on an empty stomach for the last couple of weeks, and eat when i get home...
 
i'm avoiding workout while on clen. Just the notion of strenous physical activity while my hearbeat is like twice the normal -- just doesn't seem logical and safe. Using that common sense gene for once.

Diet -- normal as always. Don't overeat, and eat well.

Why wouldn;t you workout on clen?
 
On my 2 week Clen/T3 cycle I would workout at 6am. Directly after workout I would take Clen and T3 (the entire days dose). I found it worked well for me (6kg weight loss, no muscle loss). You definitely need protein after your workout, but not necessarily before.

My body temp is already high enough, not to mention my heart is already pumping on overdrive. I don't need to "push" it. If i need to burn more fat, i'll just eat less or take more clen. Working out is great if on roids, but it's effects are minimal for clen/t3 use. You'll still lose fat. You just might lose an extra lb or two. Not worth the health risk and strain on your heart and system.

Even right now at rest my heart is just blastin' away. :)
 
Whenever I took ephedrine like yellow jackets I would get shaky as hell and see spots and feel like Having a heart/panic attack.

Would it be bad for someone like me that would almost freak the fuck out on Ehedrine to take Clen.

Yellow Jackets make me feel crappier than clen.
 
I had a HORRIBLE experience with ephedra. But clen is easy with me. I rarely get any side effects people talk about. And this is at 120mcg. So...

Doesn't it last for like 38 hours though? Wouldn't that mean a nightmare for more than a day if it effects me bad?
 
that's why you start off slow, and build up dosages day by day. when you start experiencing bad side effects -- taper down a bit for the next day.

i assume you've read the clen faq in best of elite fitness forum.

i dont get it bro. you really are not gonna lift at all on your clen/t3 cycle? no cardio either? how long do you plan to be on it? if its a few weeks, your build is def gonna get flat as hell. this is my third week and i def look a little smaller but lost alot of fat. i think i have been doin too much cardio 4-5x a week at 30-45 min along with lifting 4x. should i cut it down to 3 and 3 you think? whats enough exercise to take advantage of this stack, and whats too much?
 
You must continue to lift, just use maintaince loads, do one working set instead of three or more, and keep your cardio very low impact while on heavier clen.

I am on a t3/var/clen/trex cutter right now. I do an hour of low impact cardio in the mornings at 6 am and lift directly after work, maintainence lifts on the clen phase, monster lifts on the trex weeks.

Kicking ass? Thats the phrase I was looking for... ;)
 
i don't need cardio or to lift for the 2 weeks i'm on clen cuz my diet is already dead-on. Plus i don't have much fat to lose. So i can enjoy that time to relax and read some books. :) And yes, it's actually working real good now with the t3!! :)
