I'm currently at 195 lbs, 5'10 and around 19% bf (based on caliper). I'm been consistently doing cardio for awhile now, changed up my diet completely and making progress in cutting. Past couple of years I've let myself go a little and now I'm paying with the work I'm putting into losing the weight I gained. So I started looking at my options to expedite the process and wanted to know if a clen and t3 cycle would help? If so, what would the dosing and schedule look like? And additional supplements to take while on?
