clen,t3, and winny tabs

hey guys hows it going, i'm 21 yrs old...and about to do my first cycle...i'm 5'10" 227lbs at about 18.5-19.5% body fat...i've been working out on and off since i was 16...but ive been pretty much on since i was 19 and seriously dedicated the last 6 months...i've seen Great results dieting and training hard, and i'm not knocking doing it naturally...cause that could work..would work....but i've thought long and hard and have done LOTS OF RESEARCH....as you can see from my stats...i dont have a problem putting on weight...but i dont think my body fat has ever been below 15% ....when i was 19 i was probably 248lbs at 35% body fat and in 4 months on xenedrine i dropped to 192 at about 16%...funny thing is now i'm 227lbs and my wais is only about an inch bigger than it was when i was 192lbs, anyways to make a long story short i'm thinking of doing a clen, t3, and winny cycle or just clen and t3, my hook up can get the 50mg tabs of winny
so the cycle i'm considering would look like this

2,3,4,5,6,6,6 -week one -clen
6,6,6,5,4,3,2- week two-clen
1/2,1/2,1,1,1,1,1- week three-t3
1,1,1,1/2,1/2,1/2,1/2-week four-t3
2,3,4,5,6,6,6-week five-clen
6,6,6,5,4,3,2-week six-clen
1/2,1/2,1,1,1,1,1- week seven-t3
1,1,1,1/2,1/2,1/2,1/2-week eight-t3
2,3,4,5,6,6,6 -week nine -clen
6,6,6,5,4,3,2- week ten-clen

1-50mg tab of winny every day for 50 days...IP WINNY

192 tabs of clen (oxyflux) and 22 tabs of t3 (cynomel)...50 tabs of winny
i'd like any comments from anyone that KNOWS what they are talking....amatures dont respond please....i want to know any suggestions of a better cycle than this....or if i shouldnt take the winny my first cycle.

Well my first suggestion would be to get your diet in check a little bit better. If you are almost 20% bodyfat there is no point in cycling. If you want to bulk you are going to gain even more fat which will be hard to get rid of. If you are looking to cut then the gear is not necessary. You should just use a low carb diet and eat very clean. Check the diet board on elite its the best around. If you really want to run a cycle then I would run test only at 500mg per week with some liquidex to keep off water and avoid gyno.
I still think you should just diet up first. I wouldn;t do winny for a first cycle presonally. It's hard on the liver, can be hard on the hairline i believe, and also hard on the joints for some. Just clean your diet up and keep training for now. Wait until you're in maybe the 12% range before starting a cycle IMO.
As far as t3 goes it seems like quite a risk to me if you don;t compete. I haven;te really done much research on it as i don't plan on using it anytime soon, but from what i remember there is quite a rebound effect. I think you might even get the same thing with the clen. This means that you will quickly gain back weight lost through the use of these chemicals. If you just get in the habit of eating clean then you should be good with out these substances.
 
You are going to lose a tonne of muscle mass with that T3 cycle.

The clen will help a little (b/c of its anti-catabolic properties) but you will lose muscle like it is going out of style.

Winny will not help keep the muscle. The dosage is too low. You would need something like 100mg/day to keep muscle while using T3 (and you will still lose some muscle)

The clen will help shed some fat but remember to take plenty of anti-oxidants to counteract clen's oxidation.
 
i keep on hearing different things, i've been told i'll lose muscle...but i've been told winny will help with that...and as long as i keep a healthy diet...i'll be straight...i've also heard that a lot of muscle loss is common when guys with body fat of 10-13% LOSE ALOT OF MUSCLE but guys with higher body fat like 20%...wont lose as much...i've also hear that my cycle...is not going to be too bad as far as anti-oxidants...with the clen...but thanks for your replys

The way T3 works in the human body will make you lose muscle no matter what some people say. Science is science. You cannot argue that (well unless you are a medical researcher, etc.).

Clen oxidates cells. If you want unhealthy cells then take the chance. If you want to be 100% sure then get your anti-oxidants {such as Vit. C}.

True, but you do not need to take a lot to lose muscle. Of course you will lose less with a lower dosage but it is relatively proportional to the fat you lose. So the more fat you lose, the more muscle you lose. Give and take.
 
what about stacking the winny with 150 EOD/75mg ED of Tren to keep muscle gains along with the 50mg daily winny tab, or whatever he decides on for winny. I would try to keep the Cytomel on a full cycle meaning not to cycle off it and on it again, but run it for a predetermined amount of days and run the clen as well for 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off with NYC instead of clen
