Hey bro's got a question NOT on dosage but how much potassium and taurine per day while on Clen?
I can't remember what was the amounts thanks
in addition to drinking h2o like a mofo

Boardess have told me about.5-1.0g of K+ and 3-5g of taurine per day. At least a gallon of H20...I think 750mg of K+ was working ok for me and i def did take about 4g of taurine. Im on my off weeks now and just started YES and its def slightly working after only 5 days....should really start to kick in after a couple weeks. good luck man and always be safe
