clen shakes

As I'm ramping up on clen and looking for my optimal dose, I'm wondering about clen shakes. I take my full dose in the AM. do these shakes occur immediately or a few hours later?

I'm at 6 tabs of spiropents now.

LewdTenant due to the long 1/2 life then it will take a day or so to reach concentration levels.
If you take all AM on empty stomach you will get maximum absorbtion.

Keep increasing by 1 tab per day until shakes are too bad and then back off 1 tab and hold for 2 weeks.
