clen shakes a month later?

Has anyone ever hear of this....

By buddy just called and said that he has the shakes really badly right now. He stopped taking clen just about four weeks ago and has experienced anything like this before, but all of a sudden is feeling really jittery... as if he was on it now.

You guys ever hear of this?

It sure isn't the clen that is long gone from his system, is he taking an eca or has he been drinking a lot of alcohol lately?
