Started clen on 20mgs per day, then went up everyday until I reached 140 for 2 weeks. Lost fat gradually whilst only doing my normal training, not cardio, but kept all muscle and seemed to gain some lean mass, not sure about that one though, scale stayed the same but fat def. went down.
I took it all in the am no cramping at all. A few extra spots after I finished. After work came home, must have used all my calories because when I went to bed I slept through without my usual pisses during the night. So all in all clen will be my chosen way to cut from now on.
