Clen rebound?

i've read where some get a "rebound" when coming off Clenbuterol. does this mean just not feeling good, lethargic, or does it mean you gain back some of the fat you've lost due to some kind of metabolic rebound?
 
It means alot of things, some of which you mentioned. You may gain back SOME of the fat, but as long as you dont become a lazy shit after you come off it really shouldnt be that bad. You may want to taper down at the end of the total clen cycle to help. ECA or ephedrine can help with the rebound as i think it isnt as bad as it can be on clen, not sure though we will see what others say.
 
yeah i just come off clen a couple of weeks ago and gained like 2-3 lbs right after...stupid me for not supplementing with taurine.

i forget the dosages but supplementing with taurine should reduce/eliminate clen rebound. search for the clen FAQ

also like nadr said, use ECA or maybe t rex right after.

I'm not convinced of this.

I think that if you do that, you will be avoiding the rebound effect, but youll just be going from one stimulant to the next.... so in the end you may get an even bigger stimulant rebound.

I think the best thing to do is taper down.

correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe the rebound from clen is due to the fact that clen depletes taurine, a vital part of thyroid function....and it is because of this, that the rebound occurs. Clen and something like T-Rex/ECA are very different compounds and wont have the same effect on the endrocrine system
 
No rebound

I never really had any problems after clen. Keep in mind, many use it in the summer to cut and follow low-carb diets. Afterwords when summer is over, people like myself go back to carbs and a (Clean) bulking diet. Of course your composition will chage up a little bit, but not too too bad, just ease the carbs back in first.
