Clen only cycle

So I've decided to do my first cycle of clen, and I'm doing it alone. I'm going for the 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off-cycle, and I'm gonna run taurine with it to avoid cramps as much as possible.

I'm probably running 40 mcg from lyka labs, anyone got any experience with it? If not, I'm running liquid clen.

I guess my question is: other than keeping up my regular workout regime and diet, is cardio necessary for proper progress or have you experienced great results from just running it with a good diet and high intensity weight lifting?

No one has told me personally, but I've read tons of posts on , elitefitness and anabolicminds about running it solo.

All I want is to shred without losing musclemass, so running clen alone shouldn't be a problem from what I've read, at least not for my purposes.

I'm going to israel in late september, but I wanna get down to at least around 10% by mid august. I'm hoping to get to around 8% by the israel trip.

You're going to lose muscle mass regardless. Clen is extremely catabolic. Just be careful with it and watch your sides closely. Some people run Clen without issue and others get horrible sides such as night sweats, high bp, shakes, cramps, heart palpitations, extreme lethargy during the day and insomnia at night, etc. There's also a good possibility of fat rebound after its use. I personally think there are far better options out there but that's my preference. Be safe and good luck.

What? This goes against all threads, articles and studies I've read on clen. They all say it's anti-catabolic and even arguably anabolic, at least at higher dosages (too high for humans to handle though). Am I missing something here?

OP how old are you?

I'm 20. I'm aware I'm considered young for a cycle, and I'm gonna run it carefully. I'm not even sure I'm gonna run it past 100 mcg at any point, if even that.

I read a thread in which you mention your bad experiences with clen, which is why you doubt its effects so much I'm guessing(?) We all react differently to it, so I just hope I don't have the same experience with it as you did.
 
I wouldn't run clen your bf is to high witch leads to improper diet and training so once you come of clen you will rebound and up right where you are at now. There is a lot of other options out there besides clen. Besides you are way to young and I don't think we can even talk to you about clen being under 21
