I had similiar stats to you. Started at 206lbs at around 13% bodyfat. Ended at 198 at 8% bodyfat. Same thing: Test, Eq, Win. No clen...but ECA did help so I can't say that it was ALL diet and cardio. Clen will probably help, but you should know yourself if you can lose 4% bodyfat or not with diet and cardio. I don't think clen is really needed to go from 16% to 12% but it will work.
Why couldnt' you use clen while on cycle? Of course you can. The real question is do you NEED to use it at this time. I usually recommend waiting until fat loss has slowed. Then add clen and t3.
