Clen..night or day?

does it matter if i take my clen before i go to bed rather than when i wake up? i wouldn't think so, since the halflife is like 2 days, but just making sure.

day bro trust me take it in the day--if i take clen after 6:00pm then i stay awake cuz i can feel my body shake cuz my heart beats so damn hard---trust me again and take it in the day and dont take it after 4-5pm

i have been taking it at night, right before i go to bed....hasnt kept me up yet, just wondering if it is somehow less effective if i do this.

i took clen for (2) 2 week cycles...went from a 42 waist to almost a 36 waist...im a firm believer in the liquid stuff. havent tried the pills yet though. i plan to try the pills with my t3/clen/winny/deca cycle after my bulking cycle. but as far as the morning/night question. take it in the morning for sure and how much are you taking?

Technically it shouldn't matter whether you take it in the morning or at night as far as it's results. Most people just would not be able to get a good nights sleep while taking Clen right before bed. Not as bad as ephedrine but I still don't think I would. I'd say go with whatever you're comfortable with because the half life is right around 1.5 days.

Doesnt bother me to take it right before bed but if I take it late afternoon Im up all nght. If I take it in the morning though I ge the shakes so bad I cant even take notes in class. I just take it right before bed.

Stupid ass question here and it may have been answered 20 million times before. Clen is legal in the US, correct? It has been sold on ebay for quite some time. If it is legal, then WHY? If they are going to ban ephedrine, then why would they allow this? These lawmakers are NEVER consistant.

No Clen is not approved by the FDA therefore it is illegal..I believe that it is Legal in europe..

beachbum, it doesnt matter, the halflife is long enough it wont make a difference, some people like to take them all at once when they wake up for a morning kick. if you find this too much, try and split it up.

Hey liquids are cheaper but pills are easier to split up during the day unless your a bum like me also can be obtained quite easily as well
