Focus on diet and cardio, when fatloss is getting slower - add more cardio, lower cals(if that is possible) and last but not least, add some clen tappering upp from 1 tab day 1, to 3 per day. I work up to 5 per day on a 12 day cy´cle, and after that start ECY(ephedrine, caffein, yohimbine hcl). When on Clen I feel low intense cardio works best, intensive cardio while on clen makes me lose to much water to fast and this leads to headache. I also never stop my "cutting" part with Clen, it can have a rebound effect(have experienced it) so finish with 14days of EC.
