clen help!!!!!!!

what is the ratio of clen to body weight. I weigh 230 right now and have heard of guys taking anywhere from 6 to 9 pills per day.

do 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, starting with one pill and increasing by one pill a day until the sides get bad. Then back down one pill and stay there until the 2 weeks is over.

am i right in saying that you should spread it out through the day instead of all at once?

It doesn't really matter because the half-life is longer than 24 hours, but I like to split it up.
