I read that many olympic athletes use this for endurance. I want to use it for running 5k's but was wondering if anyone else here has taken it for an endurance sport...
was wondering: how long before starting i should take it?
How much should I be taking if i dont want to use it as a cycle where i take it everyday, but only on race-days (once a week)?
I'm also doing igf eod post workout where i workout and inject either the night before a morning race, or the morning of an afternoon racing - anyone know of a better way?
