clen doses...

Can someone suggest doses/cycle info for taking clen...?

some say two weeks on and two off... and what about daily doses...?

this is for someone thats not taking anything else... just a long distance runner looking to slim down!
 
Man, I wish I would have bookmarked the info I found, but there was some info on it reducing the cells ability to store glycogen, which is obviously a BAD thing for an endurace athlete. If I have time I will try and dig it up.
 
I go Two weeks on Two off like you said. On the off weeks I will use ECA. I start at 80(4 tabs)mcg daily (split into 4 separate doses) and work my way up to 160(8 tabs)mcg daily. The most important thing is to listen to your body. Some guys can tolerate much more or much less clen than this. If you have never used it try starting low 20mcg 2x day and if no side affects(High BP, lightheadedness, sweating like a whore in church on Sunday) then up the dose. Some guys taper it back down towards the end of two weeks, I see no need to do this as I go right into an ECA stack. I've had good results and have been doing it for several years.....hope this helps
 
I go two weeks on Clen and 2 weeks on and ECA. it goes up every day to a maximum of 6 and then back down to 2.. So: 2,3,4,5,6,6,6,6,6,6,5,4,3,2
