If your gonna run clen run with a program, i.e diet with fat loss BUT not too quick, 2 weeks on the two weeks on an over the counter fat loss pill. OR as suggested run in a cutting cycle to jump start the clen, while it is inexpensive, sometimes going the extra mile or getting a good plan going makes all the diffrence in the world. Read some of Fonz's post....that man is a cut up mother...
