Clen. by itself?

I am wanting to lose more weight before I get on my first cycle. I have been on ephedrine in the past, but switched to ephedrine-free Xynadrine and I'm still losing a little. I am ready to start Clen., but should I take anything else with to help lose even more weight? (I'm not messing w/ my thyroid) Also how long should I take it and what amount? What are some good brands to look for? What are the risks?

I'm 6'4" 282, I was 345, but I want to get to 250 before I start a cycle then eventually down to 225-210. And yes I run, bike, stairstep everyday, and eat a low carb high protein diet.

i would use clen by itself.
spiropent is the best.
risks, heart size increase ?? - i could be wrong so if I am, soembody tell me

take it for 2 weeks. start at 40mcg/ day, and work up to 80-100, in 20 mcg jumps

take 5 grams taurine, 300 mgs patasium/ed

risks, being tired, shaking like hell.
 
I would scrap the Idea of using clen, and look into something alittle more extreme. I would get some xenical and Didrex. Xenical blocks fat that you eat, and Didrex is a matabilism booster. The Didrex will make you pop on a piss test for amphetimens though. If you don't want that to happen just supplement that for some other type of phetemine. Do some research and look under Georges Pharmacy, I think you can find some there.

It is alittle expensive, but you get what you pay for right.
oh Xenical is taking around meal times, so three a day.
Didrex I would start with 1/day and then increase the dosage only if needed. I personally would'nt take more then 3/day.
 
Clen is great for fat loss spiropent or ventolins. use up to 160mcg a day depending on tolerence. Take 3 grams of taurine a day tp help prevent cramping also a little extra magnesium.

Xenical doesn't work. They dropped their advertising after the study surfaced that it will only cause about a 3 lb loss of fat per year. Not worth all the greasy shits.

To my knowledge there is nothing about clen that would increase the size of your heart. It basically slightly raises body temp and helps you use fat stores for energy.
It actually causes me to sweat quite a bit more when I am working out or just working in the yard. It is almost as though Clen helps me keep water retention down.
Of course, you know it has no anabolic effect.
 
dont some people say clen has some sort of strength increasing/at least anti-catabolic effect (if not anabolic)? I was going to try clen for the 1st time after my current cycle for these reasons (of course the fatburning reason too). Am I misinformed?
 
I thought it also had a side effect of making your erections stronger/bigger (somebody posted that recently) and increasing your body hair. These two things would make me think it had some sort of "anabolic"(at least test-increasing) effect?
 
There are tons of studies done that shows LVH and heart enlargement following clenbuterol usage. I personally won't use that stuff ever again.
 
sorry, lvh=????. And damn, I thought people acted like Clen was safer than ECA. ECA didnt "harden any hearts" did it?? Wasnt it Duchaine that said Clen had less side effects than ephedrine?

Left Ventricle Hypertrophy. Keep in mind that Duchaine also introduced us to DNP and Usnic acid.
 
Tell ya what bro, sounds like you're doing pretty good as it is. Congratulations on the loss of 53lbs. It's probably going to come off slower, but IMO keep doing what you're doing.
Most don't consider Clen any better then ECA. Just different.

However if you must do something, how about you switch back and forth every two weeks between the Clen and the ECA pills?
 
All I have to add is that 6'4 210-225 is way skinny and not a good goal if your looking to have a good build.

True, true. If I end up dying real early from my couple short DNP runs (who knows what it might do in the end), and my one cycle of Fina (lung scarring a possibility? glad I only did one until I hear more!), I guess I could have personally thanked Duchaine for introducing and suggesting the two things that killed me! lol
 
Get as lean as you can without losing muscle, once your muscle starts going awway as fast as the fat is, then it is time to stop or move to harder shit, to take the weight off.

Be careful with ECA and remeber to cycle it. I ignored the labels about Cycleing on and off, and i ended up getting majorly addicted, TWICE! I love it but im definatly am never touching that stuff again. Ephadrine kills your sex drive, and when you get off you will crash.
 
My exact experience with that stuff. Now doing just lotsa cardio and having sex twice a day. Got rid of my love handles
