Hopefully things aren't fucked up with this being a multiple post, the other 2 just disappeared for some reason?

There seems to be different opinions as to whether or not clen (by itself not stacked with an AS,) has an anti-catabolic effect on humans or not.

Please respond only if you have actuallty DONE clen and by itself (not stacked with an AS).

YES/NO - Clen by itself helped me keep mass while cutting (lower cals/and or cardio)
 
Clen is awsome post cycle. I generally get really depressed after a cycle and the clomid makes it worse. Clen helps me make it to the gym and definitely increases workout intensity. I don't know how good it is as an anti-catabolic, but I feel it's great post cycle. Two weeks clen followed by two weeks eca post cycle and I always keep my gains except the water.
 
using clen right now by itself...excellent!dropping bf% quite easily and intensity is up in the gym...very anti-catabolic based on experience thus far...
 
Definetely can be used as a mass drug. I put on half an inch on my arms on my second cycle eating 2500 cals, and losing fat. I trained my arms 5 times during that 2 week period.

First cycle, I gained 3lbs of LBM, while dropping BF.

This was on spiropent.

Clen would be the perfect BBing drug if your body didn't get use to it so quickly.

clen makes me maddddd tired. I'm taking bulgarian and all i want to do is sleep. Not very productive in my eyes.
 
Hey Trax, I'm no expert hence my poll BUT I am trying to be logical here and thinking perhaps you are burning the fuck out on this stuff?

What I mean is burning way too many calories, from either or both cutting calories and/or doing cardio, so much that your body/mind can't function properly! Also that is a symptom of over training too....
