hello guys, have been reading alot about post-cycles as I need to start one soon - do you think clen is important for its anta-catabolic effect as a part of the post cycle??
Clen isn't anti-catabolic. Yes it has been show to be anti-catabolic at high doses in horses, however the equivilant dose for a human would kill you. I'm not big on the clen post cycle idea, but to each his own.
that's funny, EVERY other bit I've ever read on clen says otherwise...
show me your horse study, and I'll show you 20 other studies that says otherwise. Course we both know that studies are about as worthless as the fags who right them. The best way to know the effect something has on you is to try it out. I personally love clen. I can really shred up on this shit w/ out losing strength.
however, if you read Dan Duchane's BodyOpus book-- it has very intresting concepts about using Clen-- that it does downregulate your beta-2 receptors after a week or two of use-- and it is reccmended to use it sparily since it takes about a month for you to normalize your beta-2 receptors until clen will have the same full effect on you again. just a few pointers.
