Clen and Phentermine-side affects?

Phentermine has its obvious sides but I am curious if clen would make them worse. If so is there anything that should be done?

If it's worth anything.. I've never tried Phentermine but may try it some day. I've used Clen a lot of times (Hubeis, Spiropent, Bulgrarians) and never felt ANYTHING at dosages up to 220mcg a day. No sweat, no shaking, no problem sleeping...

So the answer to your question may be: "It depands". Personally I think I would rotate them.
