Clen And Creatine Combo

EL GAUCHO

Why is Clenbuterol and Creatine a good combo?
Why is Ephedrine and Creatine not such a good combo?

Surely the two combinations would impart similar effects?

creatine eca is basically shooting yourself in the foot from my experience. On one hand u have a cell volumizer which allows u to hold more water but then u r taking an eca which is a diuretic therefore u are literally pissing away the benefits of the creatine usage. This may not be the case for everyone but any time I took creatine with eca I got no results but when I cut out the eca I saw a difference

Creatine doesn't make you HOLD water.... it doesn't work on water retention mechanisms (over the muscle, under the skin), it works on water volumization, in the muscle...

That said... you may still have a valid point regarding the diuretic effect... I never thought of that...

Then surely this rule would also apply to Clen and Creatine taken together.
Clen is a diuretic as well no?

IJ26: have you ever taken Clen? You are pissing every half hour! I think that qualifies it as a diuretic. Dehydration is such an issue on Clen that Potassium supplementation is always needed.
So what gives?
Why are bros saying yes to Clen and Creatine and no to Ephedrine and Creatine!?!

Ive taken 3 different brands of clen and it doesnt seem to be as potent of a diuretic as eca to me. everyones different though. i can take 200mcg clen a day and not even get the shakes but thats me not u. also i though u supplement with potassium or taurine to prevent the clen cramps not dehydration. honestly if I was taking clen I would be cutting therefore I wouldnt be using creatine but thats me.

Fair point bro. The Potassium is needed as we lose minerals in our urine and sweat. This is why we get the cramps.
Anyone else care to throw their theory in?
