Clen and Chest pains, why do I get them?

I started some Clen yesturday, at 50mcg, same dose today. It seems that every time I start taking Clen I get minor chest pains, about an inch above the middle of the chest. I don't know why but could it have with the fact that I loose TONS of water very fast? Or is it something else? I also drink a lot of it and I force myself to drink a bottle with 300ml water every time I take a piss. I drink way more water now when on the clen and even though I get very dry skin and mouth. Do you belieeve it's related to tjhe waterloss or something else?

dude i'm with you.
i just started clen 10 days ago and was up to 120mcg a day.
minor chest pains but nothing major.
don't know why but BUMP BUMP BUMP for answers.
