clen and being sick

how long would you guys wait after haveing a sore throat and cough before starting clen?been sick the last week and was gonna start mon...think i should wait a bit longer?

well if you were running a temp I would hold off for another week till your body returns to a normal state, remember clen raises your body temp.

if you just have a cold, just run it. it will accually help. it will you cough up the mucus and shit

ya i am pretty sure i dont have a temperature at all...maybe ill check it afew times then start monday....
