Clen alone, no AAS?

I'd like to hear any feedback from anyone who has cut down using clenbuterol alone (or clen with ketotifen) and no AAS. Did you lose much muscle? I would appreciate any information on duration, your diet, etc.
 
Why would you lose muscle? It's only slightly more powerful than ECA.

Its ok as a changeup, nothing spectacular.
 
I was not too impressed with the fat burning effects. Some people say they can eat like a horse and still cut down. I took 200mcg everyday and cut my diet down about 500 cal still didnt see much results. Its not a wonder drug. Some people use it after a cycle, I would rather wait and just do a cutting cycle.
 
I'd like to try clen with YES and see how things go. I would throw in a Trex cap in the morning to combat lethargy but I don't know if it would amplify side effects too much, so I'll probably stay away from that idea.
 
I did a 3 weeks on 8 tabs a day no AAS uped the protien & cut the carbs out no bread pasta etc etc just vedg & as much beef as i could eat & it ripped the hell out of me!
If you are going to use it you may as well sort your diet out too help you along the way.
 
its not a mirracle drug, the boost in your metabolism may be up to 15%, which isnt that much, but will help along with the proper diet. You can lose muscle on any diet, even with steroids, so its important to not do it drastically and try and lose weight too fast

15% is an incredible amount. If your maintance is a paltry 3000, that's 450 calories a day burned from Clen alone, or about a pound a week with no change in diet. Add a bit of cardio in there, and the figure increases greatly. Also, 3k maintance is an extremely conservative number for a steriod-using fit male that lifts weights.

to low of a carb diet on clen is less effective..
 
i used it this summer along with some trex and got great results. the weeks that i was on it i lost 9 lbs those weeks. i did a week on week off. i also was doing cardio a lot too. i think it is great stuf
 
I have used various types of clen (Spiropent, Oxyflux, Novegam) on seperate occasions without AAS and have only seen benefits with the Spiropent. All the Oxyflux and Novegam did was make my hands shake and give me a headache. It would take twice the amount of those two to make me feel what I did on the Spiropent (100mcgs on Spiropent). I used that for a 2 week on/ 2 week off pattern for 12 weeks. I used an ECA stack in the off weeks. My BF% dropped from 11 to 8% during that time. My strenght did not take a huge hit either, a few of my lifts went up. I plan to run it again this spring with AAS. I'm sure the results will be even greater.

Did you use the T-rex in between weeks or with the clen?
